PC Katerina Myriokefalitakis-Anderson is enjoying the Police Constable Degree Apprenticeship (PCDA) and likes the variety and experiences it provides.

Katerina said: “During the programme we received a mix of classroom learning and practical sessions, which have both been beneficial to my learning. We also got hands-on training in real policing scenarios, which helps build confidence and skills for when we're out on shift.

“It was daunting before starting with my shift on response, however I have felt supported and reassured about any worries or concerns that I had.
